1-Explain the basic principles of positron emission tomography (PET) and computed tomography (CT), including their complementary roles in oncological imaging.
2-Describe patient preparation, radiopharmaceutical selection, imaging protocols, and safety considerations for PET/CT examinations.
3-Identify normal physiological tracer uptake and recognize common patterns of abnormal uptake in malignant and non-malignant conditions.
4-Interpret PET/CT findings in cancer detection, staging, restaging, treatment response assessment, and recurrence evaluation.
5-Correlate PET/CT findings with clinical history and other imaging to support accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning.
